ABOUT US

The Utah Hemophilia Foundation is comprised of four key groups:

• The Bleeding Disorders Community: with over 350 families that either have bleeding disorders, are related to people with bleeding disorders, or are friends of people with bleeding disorders.
  
  
• UHF as a Chapter: including our executive director, program director, publications coordinator, board of directors, and many wonderful volunteers.
  
  
• Hemophilia Treatment Center: physicians, nurses, physical therapists, social workers and other hospital staff at Primary Children's Medical Center that offer specific medical expertise.
  
  
• Industry: representatives from home care companies and manufacturers of medical products and supplies.
  
  

Together we share a common purpose as declared in our UHF Mission Statement: empowering individuals and families to lead healthier and more self-sufficient lives.
