This year’s Chili Open was not so chilly (and that was not necessarily a bad thing). The event began with the traditional dinner and auction at the Grand America and ended with a winter carnival and game of golf at Wheeler Farm. We are grateful to the many members of the community and our industry partners, who participated by making donations to the auction at the Grand America, and those who participated and/or volunteered. In all, through sponsorships, silent auction prizes, raffle ticket sales and donations, the UHF anticipates we will have raised about $70,000. We are pleased to announce that Jen and Tyler Mertlich were the big winners of the UHF raffle ticket sales. They have won a Garmin Nuvi 205w GPS unit. Thanks again to everyone who helped make this a success.
