The UHF Turns 50
There were too many candles to put on a cake on May 30th, but we still managed to party hard just the same. About 200 people gathered at Wheeler Farm to celebrate the 50th birthday of the Utah Hemophilia Foundation. Industry displays, games, wagon rides, bounce houses and great food helped round out the celebration. The most important thing celebrated that day is the friendships and camaraderie that have developed among community members over the past 50 years. Friends, UHF Board members and staff, both new and old, were able to mingle and reminisce about the support and encouragement they have received from one another over the years. Mark your calendar for May 30, 2059, when the UHF will celebrate its 100th birthday. (Well, it does not hurt to plan ahead). Click here to view photos of the event.
