  • We provide specialized training and support to our nurses and home care agencies throughout the State of Utah.
  • With 12 years of experience working with the HEMOPHILIA COMMUNITY, we have demonstrated a deep level of commitment to our families and have succeeded in helping them manage their unique challenges associated with bleeding disorders.
  • Our Hemophilia Case Manager, Norma, works with our own professional team of nurses and pharmacists, as well as the HTC, the Hemophilia Drug Reps, and the UHF to enhance their quality of life.
  • The HEMOPHILIA families have access to Norma and/or our pharmacy 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • As a service to many of our hemophilia patients, we work with Arrowhead Electronic Healthcare and Cerner Corporation to provide Sprint cell phones that include an infusion program called ePRO Log.  Patients may qualify for free phone minutes each month, depending on their compliance with using the infusion log and by meeting certain criteria. Contact our Case Manager (Norma) for further details about this program.
  • We are a Sole‐Source Provider of factor products for all HEMOPHILIA clients eligible for Medicaid in the State of Utah.
  • Our 340B pricing is available under specific guidelines to lower costs of factor products.
  • In addition to providing factor under our Hemophilia Contract Program with Medicaid, our pharmacy provides a wide variety of other specialized infusion services for PRIVATE INSURANCES and MEDICARE/MEDICAID clients.
